Ivy owns a reprographics company. An engineer needs 10 copies of an AutoCAD drawing by 3:00PM. Ivy knows that if she can handle this request the potential client will bring steady work to her small company. Attempts to e-mail the drawing to Ivy fail because the file is too large.
