Situation
Jim the Architect wants to share a blueprint with a list of contractors, clients and customers. Typically, he would print the plan and any supporting documents multiple times, package them and have them delivered by mail or courier. Since Jim is running behind schedule, he may opt for overnight delivery. Once materials are received and reviewed, changes will be suggested and the plans may have to be sent back to Jim for modifications. A contractor makes one suggestion; a client makes another suggestion, etc. Everyone makes suggested change notations and sends the documents back to Jim. Jim makes the changes, prints multiple copies again, includes supporting documents, and sends them back to the recipients. Again, he's behind schedule and opts to send overnight.
