Situation
George is an Accountant, he specializes in working with small to medium sized businesses and his clients are spread throughout the state. George normally has to provide all the accounting documents to his clients through the mail because they are too big to email. He sends his clients their accounting information at different times during the month. Some clients are weekly, others bi-weekly, and still others are once a month. This process is time consuming and slow and the reoccurring cost of sending the documents by mail is starting to add up.

Leslie is a CPA working with multiple clients all over the country. Daily she has to make sure her clients get their updated accounting information and any other important documents. Leslie goes online and logs into her secure TrueShare account. She creates an account for her client; she then uploads her client’s tax documents to their private folder and then emails them a link to the folder along with their username and password. Her client can then download the documents whenever they need them. Leslie is able to create an account for each of her clients to make sure they get their documents quickly and securely.
